Availability depends on the source, device, membership, permissions, and completed records. A missing measurement stays missing.
Wrist temperature requires Series 8 or later, any Ultra, or SE 3, with sleep tracking enabled. Apple Health shows baseline changes after about five nights; its developer connection supplies nightly wrist-temperature readings. Blood oxygen depends on model, region, and software, and is unavailable on SE models.
Read source guidanceWHOOP 4.0, 5.0, and MG track steps across all memberships. Steps can be shared through Apple Health or Health Connect; the public WHOOP API does not currently document steps. Other records depend on membership, device, and processing. Recovery and Strain retain WHOOP’s own scales.
Read source guidanceSleep, Readiness, activity, heart measurements, temperature deviation, and available blood oxygen records can be shared through Oura’s account connection. Gen3 and newer rings need an active Oura membership. Readiness stays separate from WHOOP Recovery; temperature is a change in nighttime skin temperature, not a core-body reading.
Read source guidanceCoverage depends on the contributing app, your permissions, and the Health Connect version and features on your phone. A supported record type does not mean every wearable supplies it. WHOOP Recovery, Strain, and Oura Readiness use their respective account connections.
Read source guidanceYour signals keep their identity. WHOOP Recovery and Oura Readiness stay separate. HRV trends keep their measurement method. When a record arrives through more than one connection, its source helps us recognize the overlap.
